A CLEAR PLAN.
FROM THE START.

No one likes a surprise halfway through a job. Here’s what a thoughtful home-service experience can look like.

1

Start with the problem.

A short description and a few photographs are a useful beginning. Show the whole area as well as the detail. Include rough measurements and tell us what matters most to you.

Bring to the conversation

  • Your list of jobs, in priority order
  • Photos, measurements, and product information
  • Any access limitations or known damage
2

Make the plan specific.

Agree on exactly what the work includes, who supplies materials, and how the space will be used while work is underway. A written scope gives everyone something clear to return to.

Before work begins

  • Confirm the scope and any exclusions
  • Review cost, materials, and timing
  • Identify work that requires a specialist
3

Finish with a walkthrough.

Check the details together. Test what has been adjusted, look at the finish, and ask about any care or maintenance the work needs.

Before calling it done

  • Compare completed work with the agreed scope
  • Discuss any remaining items
  • Keep useful product and care information

Let’s get the list out of your head.

A few details now can make the first conversation much more useful.
