Self-service website terms
Updated September 23, 2026. These terms describe the guided website designer on Barnraised, operated by Steve Harris in Livingston, Tennessee. Custom work agreed directly with Steve has separate service terms.
Preview and publication
Your first generated preview is free. Publication requires your approval of the saved design, the exact quote, and payment through Square. The base plan is $99.00 per month with no setup fee and includes hosting the published website. Review every page, contact detail and link before approving it; generated material may contain mistakes.
Requested changes
Requested changes cost nothing extra, before or after you publish. Each finished change becomes your current design and is saved as a new revision. Earlier versions remain in revision history and can be restored. Your live website changes only when you publish. A design accepts up to 30 requests, including the first design; after that, ask for human help. Custom work requested directly from Steve requires a separate written scope and price.
What the designer includes
The designer creates service and enquiry websites using your business details and photos. Shops, booking systems, custom executable code and new domain purchases are outside this designer. Domain registration and any separately selected services have their own prices; review those charges before agreeing to them.
Recurring billing, cancellation and payment questions
The publishing purchase is a monthly subscription, not a one-time website fee. Square handles checkout and recurring billing. For cancellation, a billing correction, or a refund request, contact [email protected] or 931-584-1400 with your site address and purchase email. Do not send card details. Closing the designer or an unpaid checkout does not cancel an existing subscription. Contact Steve before purchasing if you need confirmation of a cancellation date, refund eligibility, export or handoff arrangement.
Your information and access
Supply content and photos you have permission to use. Read the privacy notice for how briefs, images and saved designs are processed. Keep draft access in the browser where you started; after publication, use the website account link sent to your purchase email. Find your website sign-in.
