Stores and inventory, customer accounts, point-of-sale or accounting work, custom integrations, substantial new features, and work outside the written care scope are quoted separately.
Ownership and ongoing costs
- Scope and estimated hours are agreed before work starts. Payment terms are set out in your written agreement.
- Hosting is included; domain costs are separate. Hardware is optional and priced separately. Setup on a small PC at your location is free.
- The domain is registered to your business before launch and is transferable subject to registrar verification and unpaid third-party fees.

Hosting and backup
Both come with the $99/month. We check your setup and confirm the scope before you sign up. On-site setup is free even if you do not take monthly care.
Cloud website backup
Included in the $99/month
Keep a separate cloud copy of your website files and database, including sites hosted at your business.
One website, up to 10 GB of live data, with 30 days of backup history. We agree on the backup schedule before setup.
Restore work is $75/hour. Business-computer and shared-drive backups are quoted separately.
Managed on-site hosting
$99/month
Run your website on a small PC at your business. Monthly care covers remote checks and planned software updates.
One website on one PC, with up to 30 minutes of routine care each month. Initial setup on a small PC at your location is free.
Hardware, domain, internet, and electricity are separate. Repairs and site changes are $75/hour, agreed first. The site depends on your power and internet connection.

Digital inventory

Help with slow computers, software, new equipment, and small-business networks. Start with diagnosis, then agree on the repair or setup. See computer support.
Directory listings
I also run local and specialist directories. Listings cost extra and are agreed separately. Before a listing is booked, we confirm the directory, placement, who maintains it, cancellation terms, and any paid-listing disclosure. A listing does not guarantee search rankings.
Your accounts and handoff
The agreement records your editing access, domain ownership, hosting, support, and what you receive at handoff. Payment timing and additional work are agreed before starting.
Stores, bookings, and custom work
Ordering, bookings, inventory, customer accounts, and custom integrations need their own estimate. Livingston Garden Center has pickup ordering and a staff-managed catalog. Tapestry Acres, my family's farm, has bookings and a store.
