What to do

1. Email [email protected] or call 931-584-1400 with your website address and purchase email. State whether you need a subscription cancellation, billing correction, refund review, or export/handoff information.
2. Closing the browser, discarding a candidate design, or abandoning an unpaid checkout does not cancel an active subscription.
3. Request confirmation of the cancellation effective date and any refund or handoff arrangement. Check the recurring charge details before purchasing if these arrangements affect your decision. Do not send passwords or card details.
