Step-by-step guide · 5 steps

These instructions apply to sites with this Site Manager module enabled.

What to do

1. Open Leads to see every enquiry from your site, newest first.
2. Use Inbox, Archived and Everything to filter what you're looking at.
3. Select a message to read it — it is marked read automatically.
4. Use Archive to clear a message out of the Inbox without deleting it. “Put back in the inbox” brings it back any time.
5. Use "Download these as a spreadsheet" to save the current list as a CSV file.
