What to do

1. Return in the same browser and on barnraised.design where you started. Your browser stores a draft ID and a separate access cookie. A copied design URL alone does not grant access.
2. Private browsing, cleared storage, another device, or an expired access cookie can prevent an unpublished draft from opening. The access cookie lasts up to 30 days; browser storage can be cleared sooner.
3. If your site is published, sign in through /manage using its website address or the management link in your welcome email.
4. For an inaccessible unpublished draft, contact support with your business name and design URL if you have it. Do not send passwords. Recovery is subject to verifying access; otherwise you can start another design.
